• You are prohibited from using automated systems, software, or 'scraping' tools to extract data from our platforms for the purpose of unauthorized redistribution or commercial gain.
• Users must not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the integrity of our direct voter outreach platforms or the privacy of the individuals being contacted.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

All services and data provided by Grassroots Political Consulting are offered on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for excellence in direct voter outreach, we do not guarantee specific electoral outcomes or the absolute accuracy of third-party voter databases. Grassroots Political Consulting, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our consulting services or reliance on our strategic advice.

4. Governing Law, Changes, and Contact Information

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Grassroots Political Consulting is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
